Sculptress

Since graduating in Sculpture and Ceramics from Grays School of Art, Aberdeen, Janet has exhibited her work across the country and won awards, commissions and a scholarship with the RSA, "Othlie Helen Wallace Scholarship."

Her work with slates often depicts the drawn elements of the natural environment, such as map contours and river courses.  There is also an underlying signature in her work commenting on her own personal journey whilst making a piece.
