Before returning to her native Aberdeenshire, Karin lived on the west coast of Scotland near Iona.  Here she was influenced by what she felt and saw of the weather, sea and landscape.  Karin's paintings are pastoral and atmospheric.  Her work has been admired and collected throughout the UK.
